I have two disabilities known as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, they effect my body and there will be times where my body will up and crash from to much stress and/or pain.
I have no way of stopping it all I can do is suppress it, I am fast at drawing but this is what keeps me from doing it effectively all the time, do to me not being able to sit for long periods of time.thank you for taking the time to read this part of the TOS.GENERAL
♡- You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.
♡- Must be 18 years or older to order.
♡- I will not work with AI generated references.
♡- Please include as many reference images as possible, I can go off of word if detailed enough but image references is more preferred
♡- Please check Trello for queue statusPAYMENTS
♡- Payments must be on Vgen
♡- Payments are upfront to avoid further confusion or potential scams.
♡- Payments must be done within 48 hoursREVISIONS
♡- When your sketch is completed, I will send them to you in order to review them. If you wish to edit any details, please let me know during this step.
♡- Major revisions can be made during the sketching state, minor revisions may or may not be possible during lining stage. During the coloring, I will not allow last minute changesDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♡- Deadlines MUST be agreed before hand
♡- The estimated time depending on the commission is 3-4 weeks, some projects may take longer depending on what is decided and agreed upon
♡- If I am unable to deliver in a timely manner, I will inform you immediately and if you'd like a refund. You will be given the option to either wait an additional amount of time or a refund.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♡- If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
♡- Personal use. [included in base price and REQUIRED add ons] You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
♡- Streaming. Commercial fee for streaming is 150% of base price
♡- Merchandise. Commercial fee for merchandise is 200% of base priceREFUNDS
♡- I may cancel your commission at any time if I an unable to complete it and will send over a refund promptly.
♡- I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch, Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.
♡- If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.
♡- Commercial fee for streaming is 150% of base priceCOMMUNICATION
♡- I usually will take 1-3 days to respond to your initial order
